The #ReSNetSLT Team are delighted to share the news with you about this upcoming event.
The abstract call is now open HERE
AND here is a superb generous offer from the event organisers:
“I’d like to offer anyone in your network who decides to submit a poster on their outcome measurement work (which doesn’t need to be TOMs) a discount code to attend the conference”.
In 2019 we were excited to co-host an online event “Outcome Measurement and Quality Improvement” with Neil Bindemann and Professor Pam Enderby.
You can read more about that session HERE.
The Community Therapists Network team are now planning a physical TOMs CONNECT conference this year – this will be on 15th November and likely to be at Edgbaston Cricket Stadium.
The Community Therapists Network is an organisation dedicated to supporting and educatimg Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) who routinely use Therapy Outcome Measures (TOMs) in rehabilitation and intermediate care settings.
In particular, these AHPs are the key professionals in health, education, social care and mental health services who provide support to individuals and their families who are living with potentially life-limiting conditions.
You can find more information about Community Therapists Network HERE.
Keep watching for more details of the programme and registration link coming up very soon.
